What is the shipping cost for my order?
Always free shipping within Europe.
Outside Europe the shipping cost is 600 SEK.
Note that customs fees that may be added to international deliveries are paid by the customer.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Your order is normally sent the same day or the next day after ordering.
If we have not had time to send your order, contact us immediately and cancel your order.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
Always make sure that your e-mail address is filled in correctly as this is a common reason for it not being received. It could also be because your e-mail has a spam filter that blocks certain e-mails. If you still can't find it, please contact our customer service to ensure your order is processed.

Can I return an item?
If you have purchased an item from, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund for your item, excluding shipping costs as shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The refund takes place within 30 days of us receiving your return, but it usually goes faster. As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you via e-mail.
You can only return an item purchased via if it is in new, unused, perfect condition. Original packaging must also be returned. byAxel does not accept returns if the item has been used, is damaged, washed or dirty in any way. If an item is returned and is damaged in any way, the product will be sent to the customer again. Note that shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.

If you need to change anything or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. All orders are usually handled the same day or the next working day. Once your order has left our warehouse, we unfortunately do not have time to make any desired changes.
