Within Sweden 1-2 working days.
Within Europe 4-7 working days.
Outside Europe 5-12 working days.
What is the shipping cost for my order?
Always free shipping within Europe.
Outside Europe the shipping cost is SEK 600.
Note that customs duties that may apply in international deliveries are paid by the customer.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or the next day after ordering.
If we have not received your order, contact us immediately and cancel your order.
What payment options are there?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and Klarna.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
Always make sure your email address is correctly entered as this is a common reason why it was not received. It may also be because your email has a spam filter that blocks certain emails. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service to ensure that your order is processed.
Can I return an item?
If you purchased an item from www.byaxel.se you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund for your item, excluding shipping costs as shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. The refund is done within 30 days of receiving your return, but it usually goes faster. As soon as we receive your return we will notify you via email.
You can only return an item purchased through www.byaxel.se if it is in new unused perfect condition. Original packaging must also be returned. byAxel does not accept returns if the goods have been used, damaged, washed or dirty in any way. If a product is returned and damaged in any way, the product will be sent to the customer again. Please note that shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
